Besides, Bolton & Chippenham closures already on the forum the following closures have been announced
LIVERPOOL LIME STREET 30th September to 22nd October,
Wooton Bassett Jn through Chipping Sodbury Tunnel closed 19th August to 15th September with Bristol Parkway station closed 2nd September to 15th September.

Liverpool South Parkway Platform 4 is to receive a temporary extension, and will be used for WCML Pendolinos whilst Lime Street is closed.

Passengers to/from Liverpool should use Merseyrail Electrics services. TP, EM, LM & Northern (CLC line) services are also expected to terminate at, or depart from South Parkway.

TP services between Lime St. & Manchester Victoria will not run. Northern services on the Huyton line are expected to be replaced by buses between Lime Street & Huyton. It is understood that resignalling work in the Edge Hill area is also occurring; eventually all signalling control in the area is to be transferred to Manchester.
