On real time trains the Grotto Grid railtour (66.171 + 12mk1) after being delayed by a broken rail at Blackwell ran the 31 miles from Bromsgrove to Cheltenham in 27min, 69.7 ave and looks to have stayed within spitting distance of 75mph. This must be about as fast as you can get with a 66 and a 75mph top speed.

Was that from a restart at Bromgsrove, or pass to stop?

After the ill fated Tornado Ebor Flyer on 14 April 2018 66 160 took the failed loco and train at low speed to Peterboro. Once Tornado and its support coach had been removed the 66 took the tour to York and back to Kings Cross.

On the return the 112.13 miles from York to Peterboro were run in 101m 40s ave 66.1 mph start to stop. Newark Northgate (68.31 miles) was passed in a second over the hour. Ran slow line from Stoke down to Peterboro.
