Most TOC's are operating a reduced timetable see their sites.
NO Sleeper services on Caledonian & GWR
From Monday 23rd March
No 90's on Anglia,
No 91's on LNER,
No Hst's in Scotland,
No 67's in Wales
No 68's in Scotland, on Chiltern & TPEXP
will operate subject to alteration.

Info not correct as a 91 been seen on a LNER train and a 68 on a TP train.

Anglia are reducing services as following: until further notice

Clas 90008 is expected to be out on the last Class 90 loco hauled set in service between Norwich and Liverpool Street for part of the day on Monday 23rd March 2020.
Thereafter is is understood all the Class 90 fleet and loco hauled sets are to be withdrawn from service.

Southend Victoria - 2 trains per hour
Southminster - hourly shuttle to Wickford
Norwich to London - hourly (Norwich in 90 suspended)
Ipswich to Liverpool Street - hourly
Braintree - hourly shuttle to Witham
Sudbury - hourly shuttle to Marks Tey
Clacton to Liverpool Street - hourly
Walton on the Naze - hourly shuttle to Thorpe Le Soken
Harwich - hourly shuttle to Manningtree
Norwich to Stansted - hourly but terminating at Cambridge
Ipswich to Cambridge - unchanged - hourly
Ipswich to Peterborough - unchanged every 2 hours
Cambridge to Liverpool Street - hourly
Stansted Express - hourly
Meridian Water to Stratford shuttle - suspended
Hertford East - 2 trains per hour to Stratford
Norwich to Lowestoft/ Yarmouth/Sheringham - unchanged
