White Rose (Leeds) Shopping Centre's station has just been given Planning Permission. It's planned to be sited just south of Churwell Viaduct which is itself just south of Cottingley station on the Trans-Pennine route. It's possible that the latter may be a victim of the new station.
The artist's somewhat washy impression shows embankment topped platforms with what looks like a class 91 hauling an indeterminate Inter City coach.
