Was able to look at two sets at Penarth this evening. One "plated" at 159.5 tonnes and the other at 160 tonnes, The intermediate vehicles were 34 and 51 tonnes and front/rear 37.5 each. Only had a Cardiff-Penarth return trip with them. The uphill start from Dingle Road was expertly handled but very slow in the initial yards.
