The new Trans Pennine Newcastle to Liverpool express trains due to start in May, end to end times are around 3 hours. Some intermediate times are York to Leeds 23 mins (includes 2½ recovery/pathing), Leeds to Huddersfield 16 mins, Huddersield to Manchester Victoria 31 mins (includes 2½ recovery/pathing), Manchester Victoria to Liverpool 33 mins includes 2 mins recovery.pathing). Liverpool to Manchester Vic 21 mins ( includes 2 recovery etc), Manchester Vic to Huddersfield 28 mins, Huddersfield to Leeds 19m mins (includes 2 min recovery), Leeds to York 24 mins (includes 2 mins recovery etc).
