The new Modern Railways quotes the following which may or maybe not be new information.
"Following a series of controlled test runs at night the "blue warning category", which historically applied only to Voyagers, has been successfully lifted. The aim next will be to analyse the impact of the modifications so far with a view to achieving
further relaxations of more severe categories of weather."

Dawlish still in the lead despite playing behind closed doors. MR does not seem embarrassed by having told us months ago (front cover proclamation) that the problem had been solved. Not just solved providing there is no more than the merest breath of a breeze. J
